Rules and guidelines for the Kuzco Lighting Rewards program

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Kuzco Lighting Rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. KUZCO Lighting LLC reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

The Kuzco Lighting Rewards program is available to Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) who are legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and are employed by an authorized Kuzco dealer. KUZCO Lighting LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To participate, you must create an account at www.KuzcoSpiff.com. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials. Only one account per person is permitted.

4. Earning Rewards

Participants earn rewards on qualifying Kuzco Lighting sales. Participants are responsible for tracking their qualifying invoices through the Tracking page at www.KuzcoSpiff.com in order to receive credit. KUZCO Lighting LLC is not responsible for rewards not credited due to invoices that are not tracked by the participant or for invoices tracked by another participant.

5. Reward Funding

  • Rewards are issued exclusively via a reloadable VISA card.
  • An initial minimum reward of $50 is required before the reloadable VISA card is issued.
  • Subsequent funding amounts may be in any increment available in the participant's balance.
  • Funding will be processed by the 15th of the month for prior month’s earnings.
  • Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of rewards.

6. Program Modifications

KUZCO Lighting LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Kuzco Lighting Rewards program or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to payout rates, qualifying products, and reward options.

7. Account Termination

KUZCO Lighting LLC may terminate a participant's account for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of program rules, or termination of employment with an authorized dealer. Upon termination, any unfunded rewards will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

KUZCO Lighting LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the participation in or the inability to participate in the Kuzco Lighting Rewards program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
